But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Transportation costs are not reimbursed/covered by us, except in the event of an error on our part.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original retail condition , with tags attached, and folded in the original Fit Bunny envelope.

For hygienic reasons , underwear, swimwear and accessories are not subject to return or exchange, except in the event of a defect.
If signs of wear or removed tags are found, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Once the returned product is received and approved, the amount will be refunded in the method you selected.

In each of your shipments you will find a printed return instruction sheet that will guide you through the entire process.
If the return conditions are met, simply fill out the form and send the product back to us as indicated in the instructions.

Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will refund you using the method you selected.

If for some reason you have not received a return form , contact us at info@fitbunny.eu - we will send it to you immediately.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days .
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.

Please note that the time for the amount to be reflected may vary depending on the bank or payment method.

If you have received a defective product , the wrong size or a different color than ordered , please contact us at info@fitbunny.eu , attaching:

• order number,
• a brief description of the problem,
• and a photo of the item.

Our team will review the case as quickly as possible and offer you a solution – replacement, correction, or refund.

We currently deliver to any point in Bulgaria .
We are working hard to expand deliveries and will soon offer delivery to other countries in the European Union .

The shipping price is fixed , regardless of the number of items in the order:

• Speedy – 7 BGN to an office or ATM / 12 BGN to a personal address
• Econt – 9 BGN to an office or ATM / 12 BGN to a personal address

For orders over 150 BGN, delivery to a Speedy or Econt office/machine is free .

Deliveries are made within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address , please contact us as soon as possible at info@fitbunny.eu by sending us:

• order number
• and the correct delivery address.

If the order has not yet been shipped , we will update the address immediately.
If the order is sent via Speedy and has already been handed over to a courier, you can redirect the shipment yourself via the Speedy app or website - the first redirection is free .
If necessary, our team will also assist you with the correction.

To choose the perfect size, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with our size chart , available on each product page.
Measure your waist, hips, and bust and compare the values ​​with the table to find the most suitable option.

If you're hesitating between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger one for a looser look, or the smaller one for a tighter effect.
Our models are true to size , but have high elasticity and a “second skin” fit.

We currently offer sizes Small (S) and Medium (M) .
We are actively working to expand our size range so that every Fit Bunny can find their ideal size and feel confident and comfortable in each of our collections.

To keep your clothes soft, supple and in perfect shape for as long as possible:

• Wash on a cool program (up to 30°C) , separately from other clothes .
• Use a mild detergent and do not add fabric softener - it can damage the elastic fibers.
• Do not use bleach or dry clean.
• Tumble dry on low heat or let dry naturally .
• Iron at low temperature , only when necessary.

This way, your Fit Bunny set will stay like new - ready for your next workout.
